Shipping:

Great Northern Trading Company offers flat rate shipping within the 48 contiguous United States utilizing  USPS Ground Advantage.  Most orders will take 1 day for processing and 2-5 days for shipping.  We do NOT offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders up to 5 pounds will ship for $8.50, anything above 5 pounds will ship for $10.50.   

Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges permitted within 30 days of purchase with receipt and tags attached.  Unless return is as a result of a mistake by Great Northern Trading Company, return shipping is at the cost of the consumer.  Great Northern Trading Company will process your return/exchange when product is received at the store.  If an exchange is desired, Great Northern Trading Company will not charge for the exchange shipping. No returns permitted on our custom wood products.

Note about our Custom Products:

Shipping Costs are included in all Custom Wood Signs, Lazy Susans, Clocks and Servings Trays.  All of these products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Accordingly, these products can be ordered together, but cannot be ordered with any additional merchandise.  If you wish to purchase additional merchandise, please do so in a separate transaction.
